A major milestone for VODAVODA: New production line inaugurated

Zoran Gajić, Minister in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, officially launched a state-of-the-art production line at the House of Water in Banja Vrujci. The ceremony marked the expansion of VODAVODA’s production capacities and included the signing of a sponsorship agreement between the brand and the Volleyball Federation of Serbia, making VODAVODA the official sponsor of all Serbian national volleyball teams. Vojin Đorđević, the creator and founder of VODAVODA, emphasized that the inauguration of the new production line represents one of the most important moments in the brand’s history. With a substantial investment of €2.4 million and a significant increase in production capacity, the company is now poised to enter new markets. Furthermore, the expansion brings new employment opportunities, playing a vital role in the development of the local community. “I’m extremely proud that, together with Minister of Sports Mr. Zoran Gajić, we have officially launched this next-generation production line. By expanding our capacities, VODAVODA continues its strategic path of sustained business growth. This is one of the most significant days in our journey, as the launch sets new ambitions and raises our business operations to the next level. The facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology that brings consumers closer to nature. Our mission—and responsibility—is to ensure that what nature created reaches the consumer in its purest, unchanged form,” said Đorđević. The new production line will not only boost the local economy through job creation and environmental sustainability via energy-efficient systems, but also strengthen national sports through increased sponsorship initiatives—exemplified by the new partnership with the Volleyball Federation of Serbia. “VODAVODA is a socially responsible company that generously supports national sports. I’m especially pleased that Mr. Đorđević recognizes the importance of this. This is a homegrown brand, and we should all be proud when Serbia advances economically. Our citizens must understand the value of economic patriotism. This project also benefits the local community and will enable further investments in sports, thereby supporting our country and the achievements of our athletes on the global stage,” emphasized Minister Gajić. The partnership officially designates VODAVODA as the official water of the Volleyball Federation of Serbia and all its national teams—an alliance of great significance for the sport’s development, according to Federation President Đula Mešter. “I’m delighted that this partnership comes ahead of several major upcoming competitions for our national teams. Supporting younger generations is essential to maintaining the high level of success we’ve achieved. In addition to support for the teams, this partnership includes impactful projects aimed at encouraging youth participation in volleyball,” said Mešter. The story of VODAVODA, a naturally mineral artesian water, began in 2004 when it first captured the hearts of consumers. The vision of this Serbian brand reaching global acclaim has become reality, as VODAVODA now stands shoulder to shoulder with the world’s most renowned waters. What makes it truly special is that each bottle—whether opened in Serbia or abroad—connects the consumer with something nature created thousands of years ago. On its 605-meter underground journey to the surface, the water is bottled directly at the source, without any contact with the external environment. The launch of the new production line is especially important for the implementation of a recently signed export agreement for the Chinese market, making VODAVODA the only water brand in the region officially authorized by Chinese institutions for distribution in China. In addition to China, the world’s fastest-growing consumer market, the new line will also support continued export growth in the Middle East, where VODAVODA has long been one of the most sought-after artesian water brands.
